Job Description:

  • Consolidation of monthly reporting including commentary and ad hoc analyzes at EMEA Level
  • Regional controlling and support for national and international companies
  • Further development and coordination of management reporting
  • Support for the operative controlling of the parent company and the support of the local and foreign companies
  • Preparation of monthly business reviews
  • Establishment and creation of a cost allocation for the respective companies
  • Responsible management and coordination of the annual budget at the EMEA level
  • Involvement in investment and make-or-buy decisions, financial models and sensitivity analysis
  • Optimization and further development of key figures for control, planning and analysis
  • Analysis of the KPIs and derivation of recommendations for action as a business partner of top management
  • Collaboration in international projects
  • Direct contact for the management, department managers and external partners as well as close (international) exchange to the affiliates

Job Requirements:

  • Completed economic studies or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in an international company, preferably in the Automotive sector
  • Specialist and methodological competence in controlling and cost accounting
  • Experience with group structures and matrix organizations as well as with cost optimization programs
  • High analytical thinking and result orientation
  • Process-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as awareness of responsibility
  • Structured and result-oriented work, self-employment and self-initiative
  • Secure appearance, conviction and enforcement as together with the ability to resolve conflicts
  • Very good knowledge of German and English spoken and written
  • Software skills: Very good handling of MS-Office products, SAP (FI, CO, CO-PA), planning software, BI tool
