Also in the fight for the World Cup on two wheels NGK is committed as a supplier to all motorcycle classes and on all racing courses.

There were good reasons for NGK to accept in good time the "racing" challenge. Because the financial investment promotes positively the technological progress. The knowledge obtained this way is, of course, also utilised in volume production and therefore, the ordinary car driver and motorcyclist will also benefit.

In addition - though this may sound paradoxical in this conjunction - even the environment benefits from these sponsoring activities. Because in addition to higher performance, reduction of fuel consumption and clean combustion are playing an especially important role. To be in the premier league of motor racing is only possible with the engine in top condition.
